My name is Balthasar Arnold. I am 34 years old, live in Berlin, and am a certified mediator, conflict coach and lawyer.
As a mediator, I have been able to mediate in more than 500 cases in the private environment (e.g. family, relationships, neighborhood, associations) and in the economic/working environment (e.g., internal conflicts, conflicts between companies).
I am committed to independence, impartiality and confidentiality and subscribe to the European Code of Conduct for Mediators. My self-image as a certified mediator also includes regular self-reflection (intervision and supervision) and continuous further training.
As a Crossborder Family Mediator (MIKK training 2021) and an open-minded person living in Berlin, I pay particular attention to intercultural aspects and a plurality- and diversity-sensitive way of working.
I conduct mediations as presence, shuttle and online mediations nationwide and in German and English.
